problem with active sync

Changed from iPhone to Z3 and everything worked ok for a start but now after 3 days my email have stopped working. I synchronize both mail contact and calender via active sync. Today all my contacthe and calender were gone/empty, but return after manual sync with only contacts and calender they are correct again. But during the weekend no mail were sync. This morning it worked for three hours before it went done again. An error accursed on the screen "exchange work have been stopped" emails not synchronize will not appear again on the phone. As thebphone stop synchronize I think that the problem is inside the Z3 and not on the server, but ibis just a thought.

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Have you tried to clear data for the Email application via Settings > Apps > The tab "All" > Email > Clear data. Otherwise, I suggest that you remove your Exchange-account via Settings > Exchange ActiveSync > Tap your@account > Menu button (three dots) > Remove account. When this is done, add the account again to see if you experience the same behaviour.
