problem wit. flash drive connection in Xperia z

When I connect flash drive with my Xperia z, it shows no reaction, I mean neither flashdrive blinks nor phone shows any dialog box.......i tried many times but in vain.... help me soon.....Thanks !!

not all pendrives will work.

As uliwooly says, not all pendrives will work but make sure the drive is not formatted with NTFS. If it is, reformat it with FAT32 or exFAT.

Also try another device in your adapter like a keyboard or mouse to make sure it's not the adapter.

Is it possible to connect an external memory stick to the usb memory to transfer pictures to the memory stick?

hi. I tell you my problem. I have a sp xperia that will connect a usb through a otg cable and it worked great but when I went to remove it apparently did not do well and my phone told me not had extracted safely and then when I went to connect again no longer recognize any usb ... that I can do to fix that... would greatly appreciate any solution
