Problem while updating to ICS

Whenever I try to update my Xperia U with PC companion 2.1, I get this error after it prepares PC for Updation-

Problem: The online server i currently overloaded.

Details: Sony Update Engine Failure(error 1200).

Troubleshooting: Pleae try again.

Please help as I have tried several times.
Even re-installed PC-companion several times!

I am downloading it on my laptop... Hope this works... as I too have the same issue updating my U....
