Problem use phone when charging ICS

Hi,

After the update to ICS the phone is not usable when charging from battery charger. Touch screen not respond until i disconnect the charger.

This problem not appear when i charge the phone from pc.

Any solution ?

This is the first I am hearing of this issue and ICS has been available for a little while now.

You could run Sony Update Service so all your software in your phone is reinstalled. Warning: Backup your personal files (if you have any you want to keep,) since Sony Update Service will delete everything on your phone.

This is more likely a voltage issue. Have you tried charging it through another power point?

If it is a voltage issue, it may be worth posting up your chargers model number.

Mi charger is Sony Ericsson Charger EP850

I've try to change power point but ther an no change.

In this case I would advise returning both the charger and handset so that they may be assessed by an authorised repair agent.
