Is internet slow cause update slow or live in malaysia make update slow,

I use pc companion and SUS but still in the preparation can anyone help me or give suggestion to me..

I really want to update my phone! :'(

Is the download taking time?

It can take upto an hour depending on your download speeds, just to download the update.

Not we have to in PREPARE to ask to remove finger away from the back button to update? I just do till this but"ask for remove finger on back button" never come out on screen and stuck on step prepare for hour:'(

It appears you are facing problem with sony update service.

Did you try PC companion?

No, i don't think you have to empty your sd card. Just make sure you have a backup of all the data.
