Problem to Transfer data to EXT sd card !!

Its my first time that I have been using Sony smart phone, Xperia J .Its the most scrap set I have ever had.I have tried every possobilities to transfer data and files fron internal storage to external sd card but there is no option except ERASE all data from SD card..Due to the datas in phone the function is almost out of work and I cant' transfer too.I have bought a brand new phone about 3 months ago.I am sick of it and I am selling it in half the price.I am going back to Samsung again.

I wont' recommend anyone to buy Sony smart phones.

All you had to do was open your file manager app and use the transfer or move option for data ie: music photo's etc - For apps you open your apps via Settings then apps and if available choose transfer to external storage
