Try this

go to the call settings and disable noise canceling

Check your Mic is working properly or not...

Try using any other calling app or do a service test for mic test...

For entering to service menu, open the dialler and enter *#*#7378423#*#*

First think that you should try is

Repair your phone with either SUS or PCC

if that doesn't work then you will have to take it to a Sony repair center as it might be a hardware not software issue

I think its a hardware related issue, now try doing a repair with SUS

If problem persist send your mobile to Sony Service Centre ...
