Problem sound incall/ outcall

I got problem in my sola since upgraded to ICS , i dont know if the problem occur ing GB , because after i bought my sola then upgrade it to ICS

the only problem is I can't hear any sound from earspeaker phone when i got incall/ outcall so i need to use loudspeaker or headset to hear the voice . then upgraded to the latest firmware the problem still occured . i think its not the software problem , maybe hardware? anyone face the same issue like this? i've call Customer Service and do all they told me what should to do but the problem still does not fixed. any solution?

beside that problem my phone working perfectly .

Did you try the Volume keys at the side to control "In-Call Volume"?

yes i am also facing same problem after i upgraded to ICS.It works when i restart my phone with the headphones plugged-in.

yes i did try that but the problem still occuring.

its working for me..I have faced it 3 or 4 times..Is ur earpiece not working at all??

my earpiece working fine no problem at all , i've try to do like what you posted but the problem still didn't fix at all, any sugestion anyone?

I'd say this is related to hardware. So, send in your phone to a service location and let them take a look at it. Contact your local Xperia support for information about service locations near you.

some say its harware related, somesay its software related Thinking_Face .

There is no sony service center here near my place, if i go to service center it must be sent by my phonestore and charge some money then it took about 1 month or more they said and i ain't got time for that. maybe i'll stick facing this issue and hoping for some miracle Slightly_frowning_Face . please sony MAKE BELIEVE and do not make dissapointed your customer :smileysad:.
