Problem On Xperia X10

My phone is not working properly.Sometimes it becomes too slow that It hangs frequently.When I Hear songs,sometimes it stops and sound like trrrr and when I rotate my phone at then time of songs or videoes it sounds like trrr...When I tried to update my phone it says I have latest version applicable for this phone.But when I tried to repair it with pc companion it showed me a message like there is no software avaiable for this phone.My phone is powered with android 2.3.3 ...(xperia x10 nttdocomo S0-01B)..Please Help me to resolve the problem asap...I am from Bangladesh..I tried sony update service also but I hadnt found any repair option to repair my phone.It only showed a message you have already the latest version.....

This does seem strange as both the Update Service and PC Companion provide the ability to re install the handsets software. I am sorry to say however if you are unable to perform this task using either the Update Service or PC Companion, I can only suggest getting the handset to a service centre for repairs.
