Problem Logging in to PSN Store

I have just recieved my PLAY back from repair from Sony. I've downloaded all my apps back on to it no problem but if I try logging in to the PSN Store the message it comes back with is " Access to Playstation®Network from this device has been banned or temporarily suspended"

anybody know how I can sort this please?

Check the E-mail address associated with your PSN account. You should have received an E-mail with more info.

hi Johan I never recieved any e-mail and the log in details are correct
