All radio communication, phone, Wi-Fi, etc., works without any problems on my L.
The problems I've noticed so far are:
1) Very Narrow Camera Focus and Photo Resolution Noise - probably caused by pixel smoothing software, or the actual camera CCD is not an 8MP matrix, but, a composite matrix made up of multiple VGA matrices, or, probably, both.
2) Electromagnetic Interference of Touchscreen and FM Radio - when the phone is plugged in and charging, the EM interference from the charging battery causes various anomalies to the touch capacitive screen, mainly while trying to slowly scroll up or down any scrollable area, the scrollable area, not the whole display, jitters rapidly up and down. This is apparently caused by the capacitive screen's detection cycles constructively interfering with the batteries EM field. Also, there is EM interference to the FM radio in the form of background noise. Unplugging the device from the power source resolves both issues.
3) Problem With Photo Album Cache Address - when using a cache cleaner app, the necessary data of the Photo Album, along with the expandable cache, gets deleted, causing the Photo Album not to display any photo miniatures, although, when touching various locations of the screen in the Album lets you view the picture, thus, only the address of the photo miniatures gets deleted. Manually force closing the app, and refraining from using cache cleaning apps, resolves this issue.
I have not had any other problems with this phone. Waiting to see what the ...1.36 update resolves 😄
