problem in xperia mini mobile

my new Xperia Mini ST15i is having the problem that on operating any key, lot of pop ups are happening simultaneouly. i have reset the phone to factory settings but still the same problem is occuring with result that i am unable to use any application on my phone. pl. suggest the cause and remedy for the problem.

Hi, the next step would be a Software Repair.

Download and install to PC/Laptop, launch it and follow on-screen instructions. This process will erase phone data completely, backup if necessary.
