Problem in Xperia E Dual

Please if you can help me I have many problems in my phone

1 - the Microphone sometimes work when I start a call it works then after a min it stops and I had to restart the call and sometimes it work good all day.

2 - I want to change the firmware

3 - the phone memory is full and I can't remove any thing or move a program to the internal storage.

Root your phone,downgrade or upgrade,free your memory,but be careful that it may void warranty.
