hi , im using sony xperia neo V , but i m unable to connect this on my pc window xp, as a modem ,please help me . ( i allready down load tetherxp  file)

Have you tried using the USB tethering feature in the phone?

Menu > Settings > Wireless & networks > Tethering & portable hotspot > USB tethering.

This should work as simple as this as long as you have a working Internet connection in the phone.
