problem in play ringtone - Z1

Hi

After update my Z1 to android 4.4.2, now the ringtone plays with a small pause that isn't nice.
I'm sure that this problem made by update to 4.4.2
Is there anyone who can help me to solve this problem?

I didn't install any Apps. maybe 1 or 2 standard Apps.

Do you think that I need to check Z1 in safe mode?

Also this check is: call to my phone in safe mode and check the ringtone? ok?

Yes,restart in safe mode and make a call to your phone.

The problem didn't solve in safe mode .

also when I change the rigntone volume or change to another, that pause (problem) appear.

1- Another update for my Z1 

2- Restore to factory

Which of them can solve my prblem?

Not yet.
It needs more than one or 2 hours time and I deside to do it today.
What's your mean? can you tell me about the .757? what is it?
I found 2 options. update and restore without number or version! (such as .757)

What firmware do you have now?The .681?You can update to .757,several issues have been fixed.
