Problem in opening Video Camera

I'm using Sony Xperia Z1.. When start my video camera in my mobile, it shows an error message: "ERROR! Camera not available". Can any1 of u sugget me how to rectify this prob?

Have you tried the suggestion from Hampus above? 

If you still experience the same behavior in safe mode, try to clear data for camera under settings > apps > all > camera > clear data.

Actually the video camera is working in safe mode. But it is not working in normal mode.

I have tried clearing the caches and also tried by resetting the factory settings.. But still I face the same problem..

Please give me a solution for activating my video camera in the normal active mode..

Hi akamleshbe,

Some app that you use causes the problem.

Try to remember and remove all the apps you've installed when you get this problem appeared.

Otherwise you´ll have to reset the phone to the factory settings or re-install your software with Sony Update Service or PC Companion.
