Hi,
I updated my sony acro s for the first time 15 days ago. Again i got a update message in my sony companion. So, as i tried to update my acro s again through sony companion but while updating my phone switched off for installation and tried to be on by itself but could not be on completely and was off. I received message saying device unsuccessfully installed and having booting problem. I tried lot of time pressing power and volume button to get it on but it never turn on, just the device vibrated. When charging only indication green light blinks. So can you help me or suggest me what shall i do or where can i get it repaired.
Try this
1 connect your phone to a wall charger > let it charge for about 1 hour
2 use either PCC or SUS again

Thanks but my phone is totally off and its not recognized by pc companion when connected to PC. Now what to do?
In PC Companion: press Start under Support Zone > Start under Update phone > select repair phone. Do this without the phone connected to the PC. Then follow the on-screen instruction in the program telling you when and how to connect to PC. If the problem still persists and you have tried to charge the phone for a couple of hours I suggest that you have the phone examined by a service center.
