hi all

i have k770i

the light of keypad is always turned on as this photo in attashment

and when i turn off the mobile these lights in red point in the photo still turned on

when i removed the battary the light turned off

some body told me that i should update the software of my mobile

i want to know.. how can i solve this problem??

i updated the software of the mobile but the light still turned on as photo

plz help me... what is the problem?? is it software or hardware??
