Problem in LED notification after using USB!!

After updating the Xperia Neo for Android ICS, there was the familiar problem of LED notification. However, I noticed that even with the missed call led SMSAwake and working to fix the led SMS after connecting the USB to charge the battery, the LED notification for working.

I'm not sure I fully understand you post, but if I'm right you get problems with the LED after using USB even if you're using the work around app?

I haven't noticed that so if you have seen other users having the same problem please to link to any threads and I can check if it's a common issue.
