Problem Downloading using Mobile Data

No successful downloading happens while I'm using 3G ... When I use wifi download happens but when I use 3G it start downloading with no progress (always 0%) then it gives me an error that the downloading failed or the download last forever

Check your APN settings with your network operator. Settings > More (Wireless & networks) > Mobile networks > APN.

You can also double check this by using another SIM card.
