Problem downloading applications from google play

I am encountering problem while downloading applications from google play even after several attempts,i have tried and tested the old procedures of clearing the cache and data from the (apps)which comes under settings menu..only thing i observe is ( downloading) and (an error message)

Any help will be appreciated.

Reset your phone completely including erasing your internal storage. Let the phone restart after reset. Give it enough time. Dont rush through the registration process. When you enter your Gmail credentials, if you get a message saying "Google play closed", try the steps again from beginning very slowly giving phone time to load completely. The trick is to not let Google Play force close during initial registration process. Then, you will be able to download. This is a bug, that needs to worked on. Till then this is the procedure. Probably a new minor update could rectify this in future.

Before you try to reset you phone you can try to go into settings > apps > the "all" tab > Google Play > uninstall updates. Restart your phone and try again.

If the problem still persists. Try to reset the phone as described above.
