Problem: can't connect exchange server

Hi,

i have a XZ (C6603)w/ Android 4.1.2 build-nummer .253

two month ago when i got it i had problems sync'ing mail, calender and adresses but finally it worked - great!

sadly 3 weeks ago -> holidays!!

so i stopped sync'ing for my holidays ...somehow... and afterwards i failed to get it working again... grrr.

IMAP works, but i'm missing the adress & calender sync. i need it - period.

when i try to set it up again (as i deleted the account) after entering my e-mail adress there is always the need to "adjust" the log- and servername  as they are not assumed correctly .

has anybody a hint?!

i wanted to reply this last nite, but i fell asleep instead. LOL

i have no problem connecting to the comapny's exchange server, although it can't be configured automatically.

it's a normal(good security practice) to not use standard configurations for corporate exchange servers. this includes using different ports and naming conventions for the incoming and outgoing servers. and thus, most corporate exchange servers cannot be auto configured. for these case, you have no choice but to ask the technical staff in that corporation for the details.
