Problem auto restart

Hello I want to ask my Sony xperia SP phone always auto restart after 5 minute..can you tell me about what the problem..

My phone always restarting I don't know how solve it.Can u tell me how to fix this Problem.Because I can't use the phone while the phone keeps always restarting..i need your help .Can I know what is that Problem..

Charge the battery for 1 hour and repair your software using Sony Update Service or PC Companion.
