Problem after remove the phone from the computer

Hello

Yesterday I made a connection between your phone and PC via USB

After removed the phone from the computer, I figured the problem, namely:

When I press the Menu button, I get this message:

configuration error. please contact your network operator or service centre.

All the buttons work, but when you press them, does not show anything (I mean it does not have a technical problem)

:smileyinfo: I think that one of file system may damage, therefore, the phone no longer works well, and I think that the right solution is in the (Master reset), but I can not run (Master reset) because the button (Menu) does not work :smileyshocked::smileyshocked:

Is there a manual method (in Nokia can do something like this by pressing this buttons *+3+call button+power button), or any other way to do it (I mean the Master reset) ????

Have you tried removing and re-inserting the battery?

I have tried it, nothing has changed, same problem

Then try running the SE update service via PC, since the phone has to be switched off anyway.

Since the problem appeared, the phone no longer works with USB, charger only is working

I would say that this phone need to be fixed at a repair center. Contact your local support team for more info about local repair centers.
