Where can i find my message bank app on my Xperia S mobile and how can i delete old messages as my message bank is full
Do you mean SMS and MMS? To delete SMS/MMS, open "Messaging", tap and hold on a conversation you want to delete and then tap the trash can to delete it. Note that all messages in that conversation will be deleted.
