pressing settings does not open up setting,.

On my E1, I cannot open up settings I dont know why . On the home page chrome does not open , I get a X , Why?

Can anyone help, I am very new to this phone.

I am sorry to hear about this issue, however we do ask that you please supply more information. can you please advise if this is related to an application or if this is the handsets setting option ( screw driver & spanner).

Generally an X above the application would indicate that you are trying to uninstall the app within the menu section.

Are you able to boot the handset in to Safe mode and see if the issue continues?
