From a very dissapointed owner of the worst phone i have ever owned.a Vivaz, My phone has had the same problem 3 times, that of no power up, this has been repaired once, and a replacement phone on the second occasion.The latest Vivaz is only 5 months old and has same fault again.
This i feel must be an inherrant design fault of the very fragile micro usb plug and socket,as i have evidence of other users suffering the same problem,
Please let me know of similar faults with your phone I would be very interested but not surprised to find this is a common problem.
My specialist repair company carphoneware house has been as helpfull as a life raft with out a bung.
They have said this is willful damage,Like we would all mess about with a 400 pound phone which is still under warranty.It is now deemed as
"BER" a phrase we are all to commonly hearing.Beyond economical repair.
What a joke! And is still under the manufactuers warranty,Hopefully Sony ericsson as big as they are will honour their warranty when i contact them.
Please let me know your experiances.Can any one HELP.
