Power off icon blinking

From past 2months my Xperia t2 ultra dual is not working well.. In it power off icon is blinking again and again.. Sometimes it stops and after an hour it starts.. I did software repair several times from pc companion but still I'm having trouble
Please help....

I'm afraid that if a Software repair has not resolved the issue, I would suggest contacting your Local support team they will be able to help.
