power button+earphone jack issue persists

I bought the sony xperia tablet z from sony online store right after it came out. Then around November, I encountered with this problem for the first time. Of course, I didn't drop it or damage the tablet. I sent it to the repair center and got it back after about two weeks. It was very annoying to be honest that the new tablet just broke in few months. About a week ago, however, the problem occurred AGAIN. I can't send this to the repair center every few month and afford the shipping fee. I really think that my tablet has like an inherent, permanent mechanical problem with headphone jack and power button. Is there anyway I can get a replacement, if it is proven that it is a mechanical problem? like a vehicle recall?

Some of us have the same problem.

I actually sent my device to the technical service, got it repaired and with the problem again one month later.

I use the tablet for working and I can not send it to SAT every month.

Sony does not give any solution, I guess we are few and we do not make enoght "noise" to be a problem for Sony.

It is a pitty, this will be my last Sony product, good tablet, the worst client care service.

Now that they are releasing tablet z2, they are much less likely to care about z. I will never buy sony products anymore either...
