is there a calendar of when the updates are to be made available?

is there a way to point the phone to a region that has the updates already?

i tried using the proxy configuration on the wifi, but it seems that this is only used by the browser apps.

We're now rolling out the Jelly Bean update for Sony Xperia E Dual.

It may not be available for all countries/operators yet but try updating using PC Companion/Update service.

Availability and rollout timing will vary by market and customer variants
