Pop-up asking me to install app when i unlock phone

Hello I need help seen last friday every time I unlock my phone it pop up app to be install, I already try to disable them but no luck what so ever. So please if someone can help or need more info to help let me know. Thanks.

If nothing works, you can always repair your phone with either PCC or SUS but you don't quite need to.

Thats the problem the pop ups are in japanesse I think and its always the same two apps I can tell because of the icons when they appear I select the task manager and press and hold the pop up to display app info, once I get here it dosent let me cancel the show notification thick the name of the app shown is Package Installer version 4.2.2-C_93rg

Have you installed any new applications around the time you started to see these pop ups? These are likely push notifications/adverts pushed to the phone by a third party application that you would need to uninstall to stop.
