Poor SONY support

My xperia V reboot every time and after 4 sent on service support (PSM and SBE) my phone is not OK.

No support by Sony France and no solution.

I have never seen poor support.

Never by Sony product.

the problem is that I have contacting Sony Mobile Customer Support and send 3 times my phone to the support and this one doesn't work when I received it.

That is a big problem and Sony do nothing.

Sony, you must change job you can't repare phone.

Had this Problem with any V Update to.

I put the Power Unit on, crash + reboot, i put it off , crash + reboot.

And the same in Standby Mode.

since the last Update the Problems gone, but i have new Problems....

Can only use Stamina Mode, because my Akku is super fast empty....

+ I cant make Movies anymore. Got this buzzing sounds "brrrrrrrr brrrrrrrrrr" ......

switchet from Xperia S zu V , and its my last Sony Handy....

I got a Sony TV, its really good with an slow Interface, but its good.

and a PS3.

I have my second Xperia V with same problem. Not functioning support. My first one they tried to fix 5 times and now the second one I am going to reclaim it because they have tried to fix it twice. This will be interresting as I have got it wit my subscription.

There were different problems with my first one but the most annoying is that it loses reception and the reception symbol shows full reception. Nobody can reach you and you discover it when you try to make a call. This happend if I have to shut my phone of and have restarted it. I have to go to flight mode and back or restart completely. This happens every second time I have to shut it down. The first xperia v restarted by itself sometimes with same result.
