pls help me guyz i can't update my neo v' s software to the Latest available software: 4.1.B.0.587....  im stucks on 4.1.A.0.562..

tried a lot with pc companion but it only shows you are upto date.....!!!

Try to repair via Pccompanion, if no success, download the original firmware (.ftf file) from xda developers and flash it via flash tools
