Please replace the mobile

Hi,

I Riteshkumar Dwivedi ,purchased a new mobile "sony Experia Tipo" single sim on 24th October,2012 from TATA Croma shop ,Phonix (Lower Parel).

I am getting issue regarding the jack which doesn't work properly when headphones is plugged in completely.
Earlier i told this problem to Prathmesh Rege who is the salesperson there in TATA croma shop then i went to service center ,they told me that there is manufacturing defect in it and they will repair it.

They told me that they will replace motherboard of the mobile.I don't want to repair my mobile as it is newly purchased.


I request you to please look into this matter and replace this mobile as there is manufacturing defect in it.
