Please Need Help For This..

There's a few question (maybe problem) i want ask, and please i need some solve..

1. Anyone has been encountered like this.? I want update my Xperia J from .21 to .31 but what i got is this.. OMG..

2. Every time I download an album cover for my list songs in Walkman it change of course (ex, eminem recovery just like the name of the album). But, after I transfering a file to my PC, and what I saw is.. The album change it to it's default.!! where is the F****ng album cover that I has been download it earlier man.!!?? it's make me tired to download the whole album cover songs (2845 songs) on my phone..

(Someone will ask me this) Why not using Select from album picture.?? I has do that thing bro, it's just the same.. each time i want transfer file to my PC > phone, it will change to it's default, you know what i mean what is "default" picture album cover from SONY.. like an OLD CD

Have you tried to reinstall Update Service? Also you can try to update with PC Companion instead:

Do you have the music stored on an SD card or in the internal memory?

Try to clear data for Walkman and media storage under settings > apps > the tab all > Walkman/media storage > clear data. Restart phone and remove battery. Then try to add the add cover art again.
