Please help: Z5 Premium Ear Speaker and Loud Speaker not working

Hi all,

I got my z5p two weeks ago. I found that the ear speaker and loud speaker don't work probably. 

I cannot hear what people say or listen to whatsapp voice notes. However, after the phone was restart, both speaker works again.

After a while or two phone calls, it became NOT WORKING again.

Do anyone know what caused the problem and how to solve it?

does the problem arise when you are in safe mode?

if the problem is present on safe mode, you can try to perform software repair using Xperia Companion, if still not fixed try to contact your local service center to have your phone checked for repair. Local support

if the problem is gone while in safe mode, the culprit might be a recent app or update is causing the problem, try to check your recent app install or updates to which app it is.

Thanks for your suggestion. I found the problem that I tried several times today.

Everytimes after I used whatsapp to listen the Voice Message or another app, wechat to listen voice message, the phone ear speaker will just crash, no sound.

After reboot, it will normal again.

Maybe the problem was caused by the apps.
