please help (random reboot issue)

hello,,
first of all i read all the threads about this but i didnt find a way solving my problem
I TRIED all of : reset to factory , SW recover via pc companion ,flashed about 10 new and old softwares one of them was ICS , flashed custom rom , tried to change between all network modes,airplane mode,safe mode
and nothing helped
it still reboots when :

1. screen locked (sometimes it reboot alone and others when i press the lock screen key to get the screen on)
2.during calls

it only doesnt reboot when charging
my device is 1 month old and the service center doesnt do anything but updating the SW

my SW build number : stock 9.1.A.1.142

Remove the SIM card and try to use it w/o it (the sim card) see if you still experience reboots, if not then the problem its a faulty SIM card, keep in mind to use a MICRO SIM card, if you trim a regular size SIM card you might experience issues

and ya i forget to mention that even without the sim it still reboot
can it be a battery issue??

There are myriad possibilities, it has to be checked at a Sony repair center, perhaps if you tell them that you have reinstalled the latest update they might test it further, is there an specific app that trigger this?
