Please help Neo V update!

I have a problem in my xperia Neo V in updateing in ICS software, i use the PC Companion and update center but i can't upgrade in PC Companion i stock in preparing to upgrade please help me how to update

Hi, did you try with another PC/Laptop? The other option is to update phone with Sony Update Service, http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/.

hello , i didn't try with another pc/laptop yet but  i use the update service and nothing happend i turn off the phone and do the instruction but nothing happend i look the IS of it and it listed there.

Check with another PC/Laptop (if possible) ....

Also, make sure you disable anti-virus and firewall.
