Please help!!!My xperia z2 update version error!

last night my phone can be update the version to the 17.1.2.A.0.314 i follow all the step connect to the computer sony pc conpanion and start my update for it...when it gonna done and my phone is going to shutdown for the update than the problem is out juz like below:

 Phone/tablet contains modified Software  cant be updated

sony update engine failure (error 2003)

plese help me!how i need to do for the update...first time use sony smartphone many thing still don now

Is means that someone has unlocked the bootloader of the handset and as such this can be updated using the official tool. Did you do this yourself and if not where did you get the phone from?

i rmb that 1 times my fren take my phone back home don know wat he do...that all...what is bootloader?how i know is unlock or lock status?if really unlock already cause my phone cannot be update how i need to do?sorry about many question
