I bought a brand new 'Sony Xperia Tipo Dual' 11th of April 2013 from Sony showroom in Bangalore/Frazer town. The handset is getting rebooted often while using internet. I did the following to resolve this issue
I really didnt expect this will happen again. But it was!
The discussions happening here making me to lose hope on the issue to get it resolved. Kindly help out if the same can be resolved.
Being employed iam unable to spend time for this issues with the service people physically.
Regarding this, Iam insisted to talk to the support people from the same sony service centre again tomorrow. But meanwhile i hope i can receive support from here as many are here to listen & respond me, even i see some sony support people's are present here to help out such guys like me.
I anticipate the response for this issue from sony support and would appreciate for a quick & valid response.

Dear guys,
In continuation to mail that i posted yesterday for discussion, i contacted the same sony support team today where i have been asked to bring the mobile again to check for motherboard. They told, they will send the handset to mainoffice for motheboard replacement and will take 10 to 12 days to get back the handset.
Good to see 9 views till now for this discusison but regret that no one had come for an effective discussion or to resolve.

Sorry to hear this.
Sounds like your phone needs to be sent to service for repairs or replacement but before you do that you could try it with another SIM-card just to make sure it's not a problem with your SIM.
Thanks for your reply Rickard. I have tried out the same which you mentioned in the previous mail and that doesn't work. The problem remains the same again.
In continuation to this i have send a mail to SONY at "questions.in@support.sonymobile.com"
mentioning all the points from purchase till today and have requested them to replace the product immediately.
Till now there is no response from them. Ill have to really take a strong and serious action on this to make them react for this.
As you are from 'Sony' i request you to take this issue forward and serious and get this issue rectified at the earliest. Rickard, awaiting your positive response on this.

You people are keeping quiet, it doesnt make sense really. Very worst support from SONY that i have ever faced and never expected.
No support for you customer. Only selling is the motive for SONY. 'SONY-MAKE BELIEVE' made me believe that they will never support customer.
GUYS PLEASE DONT GO FOR SONY SMART PHONES. ITS MY KIND & EXPERIENCED REQUEST. 100% YOU WILL NEVER GET PROPER AFTER SALES SUPPORT.
