Please help. my phone won't open/start. how can i reprogram/reformat my phone

pls. help me, i just browsing the net, i just type something ang the keyboard just not working, so i lock my lock...in a few minutes i unlock again and it wont open or start...what should i do with it im so much worried about my phone....Kindly Help me...PLs...in your help.....thank you so much

Press power button+volume up until the phone vibrates 3 times(forced shutdown).Turn on the phone normally after.
