PLEASE HELP ME Z2 MICROPHONE ISSUE

Hello, Sony!

I've got my Z2 retail version for almost 2 months now and i'm really happy with the phone. It's really an awesome phone, and the camera on it is just amazing.

I am having a problem, few days ago i was at the pool taking few shots and my phone got wet of course, i have done that previous times and there was nothing, but this time I AM GUESSING that some water got in to my phone because there was a condensation on the camera afterwards, but i fixed that with the same old rice technic.

But the main thing is, that my microphone is not working anymore. If i record the sound of it , it's just a very loud squashy noise where non of the things recorded are heard. But the strangest thing is that, when i use regular calls people cant hear me and that squashy noise come and goess up and down, but when i put it on speakerphone , then people can hear me and everything is fine..

Now i'm kind a stuck and confused about what to do, because i can't record videos anymore with sound or make just reguler ''private'' phone calls if i could say.

Could you please help me find a solution for this problem? I am thinking that maybe it caused because after i dried my phone i strongly blew into the down 3 mic holes to dry them out, but i wouldn't think that this could be the main couse. \

P.S. just to mention, that it didnt happen straight away, even the first day i put it out of rice it was working for like 2 mins, and then again not, since then it has been like that.

please help.

The only thing you can do is go to Sony Repair Centre and explain your problem, or wait for the phone mic to dry up.

The speakerphone uses the secondary microphone on the back of your device so that's why it works.

yeah i know, but the thing is i live in Azorean islands, and there is no sony care or repair centre.

but the strangest thing is that when i try to use it at random times it works, but after i check it on recorded video or audio, the next time it makes that awfull noise again.. what could be the problem?

because clearly t works, but something again is just breaking it or smth...
