My name is Wiki and i`m from Germany. So excuse me, my Englisch is not the best (?)... I hope you can understand and help me.
The Sony Xperia V is my first Sony-phone. I have it for two days and i have the following problem.
Overnight, i had my phone on. This morning, i wanted to lookup new messeges. But my phone don´t react to the on-button. The only thing that had worked, where the messeg-lamp (?) that all 5 seconds sparkled.
I don´t know what i coud do, so i removed the Akku(?) from the phone and it was working again.
Overday, i´m only using whats app! Suddenly in the eavening, my phone switched off and stardet alone again (?).
The first time, i ignore it. But that repeat oneself for ca. 4 times. The phone went warm and everytime, before it switched off, the display shimmers green...
When i woud turn it off with the butten, it stard alone again (?)... So i removed the Akku(?) from the phone again. Now the phone is refreshed and the Akku in it again and it is staiing out. When i woud turn it on, the process began from the beginnig...
I need help!! Is it a virus?
