One day, I locked his screen, and again he got his wireless does not work anymore.

When my phone too close to the modem, is connected!

Is it a hardware problem?  Whether its wireless antenna is weak?

update your phone with this..

this is an official sony software so don't worry..

and if it says your phone is up-to-date click on install anyway..

this will delete all the phone's data so backup all your files first..
