Playstore update bug since 4.3

Hey everyone.

Im facing a very peculiar bug with the playstore after the 4.3 update. Whenever i update any application through the playstore, that app stops working after the update is done. But when i uninstall and reinstall the same application, it works fine.

Has anyone else faced this problem? Its really annoying and its wasting my downloads (imagine updating something like asphalt 8, Almost 2 Gig wasted!) This was never there in 4.1. Anyone else face the same problem?

Do you have a taskiller or antivirus?

Nope. I dont have any task killer, battery saver or antivirus. This problem came only with 4.3. I hope the coming new update will fix this annoying bug.

What if you uninstall the updates on the playstore app itself

I did that, cleared the data, force stopped and uninstalled the updates, but problem still there. Another problem that came with 4.3 is that any download from playstore keeps stopping and resuming evn though theres nothing wrong with my wifi connection. Really regret updating to 4.3

try to clear data and cache fo google play then force it stop and reboot setting>apps>all>google play

also remove your google account and add it again

I tried that also. Both problems still there.
I guess ill just have to wait for d new firmware update and hope it fixes all the bugs.

I'm not able to reproduce the behavior you are experiencing. 

If you got the problem after the update I suggest that you try to reinstall the latest software using PC Companion: 

http://www.sonymobile.com/update

In PC Companion, press start on Support Zone > Start on Update the phones software > Press the blue link that says "Repair phone".
