Play Store Problems

If I start the Play Store I only can get to the Apps section.  No access to other sections like movie's or books.  After de-installing  updates of the Play Store everything is working fine unless the updates are automatically reinstalled again.  

Has anyone an idea how to solve this problem for a longer period?

You will have to contact Google directly on this, it could be a temporary issue or a regional issue, but it'll be  up to Google to address.

As uliwooly said, you may need to contact Google for further information. You could also try another Google account just to make sure that there are no restrictions to your current account.
