play store not working

I couldn't open the play store app

Does anyone know y to solve this issue

If I want to open the app, automatically it closes

Welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

I suggest you try the following.

Menu > Settings > Apps > All > Google Play Store > Clear Data.

Once done try using the App,
