play store download error

not able to download app in playstore it stuck in downloading sometimes error 927 appears

Do you have enough Internal storage ?

Are you trying to update an app? Then try uninstalling that app first and then installing the new version. Or try clearing data of Play store app: Settings--Apps--All--Google Play Store--Clear data. This will delete all your preferences for the app. Reboot and try again.

In that case, back up your phone and then try a factory reset or repair your phone using Sony Update Service.
