Play memories

When i download the play memories app then it shows service not avalable in your region/country, but i can upload photos to it easily from album.

What is the use of uploading if i can't see them.

Also their is no way to remove a picture from the device only i.e. not from the cloud.

P.S. I live in India.

But still there is no app for phone.

Also I can't delete photos only from phone without deleting from the cloud.
