Pink tinge on screen

Sony Xperia Z1, model number C6603.

Okay, so about a month ago my phone was sent away for a technician to replace some parts for water damage. I just got it back today, and everything was fine. I was a little disappointed because I've lost all my photos, contacts and apps etc, but I can get it some of it back and I'm not too worried.

A few hours after having my phone back, I went back to check it and noticed it had a pink tinge. Most noticeably on the keyboard and mostly anything white.

I thought to just change the White Balance, but both the Saturation and Hue were on 0.0. I been playing around with it and changing themes etc, but I can't think of much else to do.

I mostly just find it really frustrating and would like it a pure white again for aesthetic reasons.

So, any help appreciated thank you Grinning_Face

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

If you have checked the white balance, I would suggest that you boot your phone into safe mode to see if you experience the same behaviour:

If you experience the same thing, do you know which parts the service center changed on your phone?

I have had a look at Discussion Guidelines Slightly_smiling_Face

When I used it last night, I noticed that it had gone, and all this morning it was fine. But just then the pink hue came back. I rebooted it and I'm currently in Safe Mode now. It was white at first, but just as I'm writing this it has gone pink again.

I don't fully understand the names of the parts replaced as some have been abbreviated, so I'll just write exactly what they said:

"Connector Micro USB, Ear Speaker. 12.0 Rectangular_WR, FPC Assembly Relay FPC, Cover Panel Top Black, Foil Adhesive Back Panel, Battery 2330.0 mAh, Sheet Battery FPC, Foil Adhesive Double Black, Foil Adhesive Double Side 0.0 mm WP, Sheet BtB LCD, MComp Sheet Relay FPC, Cupper Sheet McamA, Cupper Sheet McamB, Front Assembly Black Ro W, Back Panel Assy Black C6603, Cap Audio Jack Assy R Black, Cap USB Assy R Black, Cap SD Assy R Black, Cap SIM Assy R Black."

The reason it was sent away was that the phone wasn't turning on unless it was turned off and then on, and then if it went on idle, I had to to turn it on again. The problem got worse. The water indicators for the Charger Port and and SIM Port were activated, even though it hadn't been in water. I think because the Charger port was open and it was charging the night before the starting problems, it came in contact with moisture.

Anyway, that's why it was sent away and those were the parts they replaced. I also have the latest Software Update on this phone as well.
